A 22-year-old man obviously didn’t learn his lesson after he was caught driving from court where he lost his licence.

Greensborough Highway Patrol members pulled over the Melton West man for using his mobile phone on Plenty Rd in Reservoir.

He was asked for his licence and allegedly admitted that he doesn’t have one.

He further went on to disclose that he had just left court after being disqualified from driving for 12 months.

He is expected to be charged on summons for disqualified driving and fined for using his mobile phone.
