Proceedings against former Murrindindi Councillor Chris Healy are to be heard at Shepparton Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, February 28.
The Local Government Inspectorate, represented by the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office, is expected to be in legal debate with Mr Healy over legal definitions.
Mr Healy is accused of improper use of information whilst he was a Councillor.
