Rubicon activists’ latest attack is on The Local Paper

Rubicon activist Ritchie Frew supplied The Local Paper with a letter from the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning. We published that letter in Wednesday’s issue.
One day later Ritchie Frew says the report is “totally incorrect”. His associate Shelley Creighton phoned us, and accused The Local Paper of being “misleading”, “working with the Government” and “working with the Council”. Her manners were such that we told her we were concluding the phone call.
The pair will get nowhere shooting the messenger: but it is an expedient way for them to make enemies. Anyone can see that our article simply quoted a government official’s letter. Nothing more.
