Is this Yea’s original newspaper office?

This is a 1905 photo of Yea, near the ‘up’ end railway gates, with the photographer looking down Pelissier St.
Lee Gow’s store has the word ‘Palace’ in its signage.
And to its left MAY be the first photo we have seen of the original newspaper office in Station St.
The sign seems to say either Printer or Plumber. Any thoughts?
