Vic Emergency advises that there was a report of building damage at Kinglake West at approx. 11pm Saturday (Dec. 2). A report of a ‘tree down’ at Toolangi was also recorded.

• In the Diamond Valley, a building damage report has come tonight from Hurstbridge. There has been a building fire at Main Rd, Lower Plenty; and flooding at Yarrambat. Other Nillumbik-Banyule reports indicate flooding at Eltham, Viewbank and Briar Hill, with building damage at Montmorency and Watsonia.

• In the Whittlesea municipality, there has been a building fire report at Eumeralla St, Wollert, and a building damage at Mernda. There has been flooding at Doreen.
