Two people were airflifted by helicopters to hospitals in Melbourne after a single motor vehicle accident at Melba Hwy, Glenburn, between the Roadhouse and Joyces Rd, late this morning (Thurs., Dec. 28).

Locals say that the northbound car, with two people, left the roadway and ran into a ditch. Separate helicopters were used to convey the injured people to hospital for further medical attention.
