A male driver has had his licence suspended on the spot following a crash in Doreen.

The 30-year-old was driving his vehicle when he collided with pole on Painted Hills Road about 7.30am on Saturday (Jan. 27).

Police subsequently attended the scene and the mane returned a position breath test of .173.

The Doreen man had his licence suspended on the spot and will face court at a later date.
