Eltham Police have arrested a man during a routine intercept for possessing and trafficking numerous illicit substances. The 34-year-old Rosanna man was stopped at 4.30am on Thursday (Feb. 8) while driving on Main Rd, Eltham. Six people are treated after an incident with a hot air balloon at Dixons Creek this morning (Thurs.). Reports say that the Go Wild balloon landed awkwardly near Bleases Lane, at approx. 7am. Emergency Victoria has classified the incident as an “aircraft accident”. Four emergency vehicles – indluding CFA and ambulance – have attended.
