Meralyn Klein is no longer the Liberal Yan Yean candidate for the November 24 State Election after making controversial comments about the Bourke St terror attack.
A Liberal Party source said that Meralyn Klein had resigned, while another local said she had been disendorsed, The Age reports.
Media outlets have described as comments as anti-Muslim.
