Police are investigating an incident which occurred in Hurstbridge on Tuesday (Dec. 18). Investigators have been told a 12-year-old girl was walking home along Arthurs Creek Rd when she was approached by a man about 4pm. The man offered the girl a lolly however the girl declined and she began running away from the man.
