Swiss theme for Yea Art Show

The countdown is on for the opening night on Thursday, January 24, of the Rotary Club of Yea Art/Craft Show.
The Show will be staged at the Yea Shire Hall, and will be open on Thursday night (Jan. 24), Friday, Saturday (Australia Day), Sunday and Monday (Australia Day Public Holiday).
This year sees the Art/Craft Show take on a Swiss theme. The current inbound Rotary exchange student is Kimberley Bay from Switzerald.
First prize is a beautiful Julian Bruere painting titled ‘Snowgums’, 2nd Prize $100 gift voucher for the Royal Mail Hotel, Yea and 3rd Prize is a Kambrook Blender.
The Local Paper photographer caught up with Carol Hogg and Ian Lynch, selling tickets outside Yea Newsagency. The painting is currently on display in the window of the Yea Community Bank.
