The County Court at Shepparton appeal by former Murrindindi councillor Chris Healy against his convictions on five charges of misuse of position has been postponed from the original mention dates of between January 21-24.

The matter has not been rescheduled as yet but is expected to be in June or later, based on the availability of witnesses, legal representatives and the presiding judge.
