Yan Yean Road, Plenty has re-opened ahead of schedule, following 19 days of around-the-clock works.
Aqueduct Road has also been re-opened and all lanes of Diamond Creek Road are now in use.
Whittlesea and Kinglake ‘legends’ will play a special footy match at the Whittlesea Showgrounds in a twilight game from 4.30pm-7.30pm on Sunday, February 10.
The special event is being hosted by the Whittlesea Football-Netball Club. The Clubs have a special bond, especially after the 2009 Black Saturday fires.
Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing person Jia Jia.
The 34-year-old was last seen in the Mernda area in late December.
