Murrindindi Shire ratepayers who elected to pay their rates in full are reminded that payment is due by February 15.

Ratepayers paying by instalment are reminded that the 3rd instalment is due by February 28.

Direct debit payments are now available for payment of your annual rates and charges. Payments are deducted directly from your nominated bank account. Payment options available are:

• Fortnightly – deducted on a Thursday (in line with the majority of pension paydays)
• Monthly – deducted on 28th of each month
• Instalments – deducted as per the 4 instalment due dates each year

• Direct debits offer an easy “set and forget” way to pay your rates.
• No additional costs in paying your rates and charges via direct debit.
• An extended payment due date of 31 May each year, for fortnightly / monthly direct debits.

To register for direct debit payments, simply complete our Direct Debit Request Form which is available at all Council offices and on our website murrindindi.vic.gov.au.
