Healy must pay $35,000 costs, $7500 fine

Former Murrindindi Shire Councillor Chris Healy was today (Mon.) ordered to pat $35,000 costs and $7500 fine after four charges prsoecuted by the Local Government Inspectorate were found proven.
Mr Healy appealed the Magistrates’ Court decision, and the penalties were today issued by Judge Higham. Mr Healy will not be convicted.
