Chantelle Choueiri

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Chantelle Choueiri.

The 26-year-old was last seen at a hospital in Epping about 11am on Tuesday morning (Jan. 14).

Police and family have concerns for Chantelle’s welfare due to a medical condition that requires medication.

Chantelle is described as Caucasian with long blonde hair and a medium build.

She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and grey leggings.

Police have released an image of Chantelle in the hope someone may have seen her and can provide information regarding her whereabouts.
