Jack Russell, of Francis St, Yea, says that he was served with a Summons by Police on Sunday (Feb. 9), alleging trespass and refusing to leave a Murrindindi Shire Council meeting at the Yea Shire Hall in December.
He will fight the charge at Seymour Magistrates’ Court on March 12.
