Collingwood star Jordan De Goey has been charged with indecent assault, reports the Herald Sun. De Goey and another man have been charged with indecent assault in relation to an incident in 2015.

The Herald Sun understands that all three parties were known to each other at the time of the incident, and that De Goey underwent respect and responsibility education in the wake of the incident.

De Goey was a special guest at a Yea charity function at the Shire Hall last year, and attended at a meet and greet held at a local hotel prior to the event.
