HUME: Meadow Heights man, 32, arrested

Detectives from Hume Crime Investigation Unit have charged a man following a string of residential burglaries in Melbourne’s north.
It is alleged 17 burglaries occurred between May and July in the Greenvale, Meadow Heights, Westmeadows, Broadmeadows and Jacana areas, where the offender targeted cash and small household items.
On Wednesday evening (July 1) detectives arrested a 32-year-old man from Meadow Heights.
He was interviewed and charged in relation to all 17 burglaries, as well as possess methyl-amphetamine, assault and resist arrest.
