MITCHELL: Seymour FM hit by arson

This transmitter facility for Seymour FM 103.9 at Grainte Park was destroyed by arson on Sunday morning.
The station is broadcasting via a smaller temporary facility at the studio complex in the meantime. There have many offers of loan equipment.
Station President Ian McOwan said that four people, wearing hoods, entered the premises a few times from 9.50pm Saturday, and 40 minutes later into the transmitter room, cutting the power and therefore the surveillance cameras.
Victoria Police are investigating, including Arson squads of VicPol and CFA, Mr McOwan said.
