Caveo Communications Pty Ltd has lost its appeal regarding Land Tax assessments at 77 Central Rd, Blackburn.

The company went to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, and Senior Member Robert Davis handed down his determination this month.

Caveo Communications Pty Ltd is trustee for Caveo Communications Hybrid Unit Trust.

The current proceeding is one of six proceedings referred to the Tribunal by the Commissioner of State Revenue.

“I have come to the conclusion that I am satisfied that for the applicant to litigate the issue in this proceeding would be an abuse of process,” said Mr Davis.
