A Tribunal proceeding between Huntingdale Estate Nominees Pty Ltd and Monash City Council regarding land at 1221- 1249 Centre Rd, Oakleigh East, has been struck out because the action was seen to be “misconceived”.

Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal member Michelle Blackburn said that neither party need attend a hearing which had been set down for March 24, 2021.
