Whittlesea City Council is re-opening its South Morang customer service centre from Wed., Nov. 4 as well as its service desk at Westfield Plenty Valley.

Customers will be able to pay bills and complete transactions in person between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Customers need to wear a mask, use the sanitiser station, and sign in via a QR code or in a book as required by the Department of Health and Human Services.

Customers are being asked to observe physical distancing and capacity limts.
