With four rounds played of the Gender Challenge the Yea Golf Club men have a slender lead of 20 points.

Wednesday (Jan. 12) saw the competition being a par event with the winner being Christine Simmons (23) on CB with +4 from second Neil Peterso (14). Third was Jan Wealands (28) on CB from Michael WIllis (13) with +3. Fifth was Michael Sheather (36) on CB with +2.

The team average went to the Ladies. NTP on the 14th were Christine and Brian Simmons. Brian also won the Club Award. 

The scores are 180-160 and next week the competition will be the red tee stableford day.
