Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Robert Hoy.
The 37-year-old is wanted on warrants for possession of drugs, assaulting an emergency worker and trafficking offences.

Investigators have released an image of Hoy in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
It is believed he may be frequenting the Frankston area.
