FRANKSTON: Hit-run vehicle located

Police are appealing for public assistance after a pedestrian was hit by a car in Dandenong on Sunday night (Oct. 16).
It is believed a male pedestrian was struck by a white Toyota Corolla on Foster St near Rudduck St just before 11.30pm.
The driver failed to stop at the scene and drove away.
A 41-year-old Dandenong man was taken to hospital with minor head injuries.
The stolen Toyota Corolla was found abandoned a short time later in Pine St, Frankston North.
Dandenong Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating and are keen to speak to any witnesses or anyone with CCTV or dash cam footage.
