Brimbank Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for public assistance following a burglary at a business in Sydenham.

Investigators have been told two men attended a hairdressers on Overton Lea Blvd about 10.45pm on Novembe 14.

They broke into the premises, armed with storage crates, and removed hair products worth $25,000 from the shelves.

The men then left the store.

Detectives have been told there was another burglary at the same premises on October 27 where hair products were also stolen.

Officers are investigating if the incidents are linked.

Investigators have released CCTV footage of two men they believe may be able to assist with their enquires.
