Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Member Jane Tait has varied a Wyndham City Council planning permit for Optus Mobile Pty Ltd on land at 599 Sayers Rd, Hoppers Crossing.
Optus seek to develop a telecommunications facility, monopole, antennas, equipment cabinets and bollards on the site, on the south-east corner of Derrimut Rd.
The property currently has a single storey medical centre and pharmacy, with a total of 61 car parking spaces.
Applicants Luigi Buccheri and Jaspreet Singh heard Ms Tait’s determination that the facility would not cause unreasonable visual and amenity impacts.
