Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Harley Barnes.
The 32-year-old is wanted on arrest warrants in relation to assault and drug matters.
Harley is described as approximately 173cm tall, a thin build, short fair hair and a ruddy complexion.
He is known to frequent the Reservoir and surrounding areas.
