Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Carmello ‘Charlie’ Zerafa (pictured.

The 58-year-old is wanted on warrants in relation to breach of bail and traffic offences.

He is known to frequent the Kyabram area, as well as the north-western suburbs of Melbourne.

Investigators have released an image of Zerafa in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.

Zerafa is approximately 175cm tall, with a solid build and olive complexion.
