MONASH: Ballot papers stolen


Voters who lodged their completed ballot packs at nine Australia Post boxes in the Mount Waverley and Oakleigh areas last week are being urged to contact the Victorian Electoral Commission for a replacement vote, after an Australia Post collection vehicle was stolen on Thursday (Oct. 17).
Any voter who lodged their completed ballot pack at Australia Post boxes at the following locations following clearance on Wednesday (Oct. 16) and prior to 1 pm on Thursday (Oct. 17) should visit onlinepva.vec.vic.gov.au/net/ORVA to request a replacement vote, or call 131 832:

  • 16 Pinewood Drive, Mount Waverley (opposite corner Illuka Crescent)
  • Corner Kingswood Avenue and Bellerive Avenue, Mount Waverley
    — 59 Stanley Avenue, Mount Waverley (corner Ian Grove)
