HUME: Cyclist killed at Attwood
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal collision in Attwood last Tuesday evening (Oct. 7).
A car and bicycle collided at the corner of Mickleham Rd and Bateman St shortly before 7pm.
Despite the best efforts of emergency services, the male cyclist died at the scene.
The driver of the car stopped at the scene and was transported to hospital for observation.
Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision.
