OBSERVER: Tape Face

Bohm Presents announces the return of Tape Face for his Australian Tour from March 26-April 18 at Fortyfive-downstairs, 45 Flinders Lane, Melbourne.
Celebrating 20 years of the show said to ‘redefine physical comedy’, Tape Face will tour nationwide including being part of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
Tape Face is the creation of New Zealand-born performer Sam Wills, who initially trained as a clown and busker before developing his silent comic persona.
That now-legendary persona rose to global fame after a viral run on America’s Got Talent where his quirky, tape-sealed mouth, wide-eyed expressions and prop routines earned standing ovations and tens of millions of online views.
This unique blend of mime, physical humour, participatory theatre and sheer creative audacity has sold out theatres from Las Vegas to Edinburgh for two decades.
Performance Dates: March 26 – April 18
