PORT PHILLIP: $2m new cars stolen from Port Melb.

Vehicle Crime Squad detectives are investigating after more than $2 million worth of new vehicles were stolen from a Port Melbourne car yard.
Four people, two men and two women, forced entry to a Salmon St business between 3pm on Sunday October 20 and around 6.30am on Monday October 21.
The offenders stole up to 45 new unregistered vehicles from the car yard.
Investigators have since recovered 21 of the vehicles.
The vehicles stolen include:
• 20 x Honda Civic Type R
• 3 x Skoda Kamiq
• 5 x Skoda Kodiaq
• 1 x Volkswagen Golf R
• 3 x Volkswagen Tiguan
• 3 x Skoda Superb
• 2 x Honda ZRV
• 2 x GMW Tank 300
• 1 x Honda Accord
• 2 x Honda CRV
• 1 x Mercedes VS30
• 1 x Mercedes Sprinter
A 32-year-old Prahan woman was interviewed and charged with damage emergency service vehicle by reckless driving, theft of motor vehicle, possess 1-4 butanediol, possess false plates and unlicensed driving after being located in one of the allegedly stolen vehicles in Broadmeadows.
She was remanded to appear in Broadmeadows Magistrates’ Court.
Investigators have released images of several people they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
Detectives are still searching for the remaining vehicles and investigations remain ongoing.
