“Emergency services have called for those in Euroa to evacuate immediately,” reports the Herald Sun this morning.

Vic Emergency’s warning, at about 9.30am, seems more conservative:

“This Warning is being issued for Euroa Township.
“Heavy rainfall is causing localised flash flooding.
“Flash flooding has impacted several streets and roads in the Euroa township
“A Sandbag Collection Point is located at the Strathbogie Shire depot, Sutherland Street, Euroa.
“A Relief Centre (domestic animal friendly) is open at the Euroa Theatre, Bury Street, Euroa
“Where possible, residents should avoid travel through the Euroa township.”
