PORT PHILLIP: Arson probe at Port Melbourne
Port Phillip Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating a fire at a car dealership in Port Melbourne last Wednesday morning (may 6).
Two male offenders arrived at the business on Plummer St in a vehicle about 4.40am.
It is believed they got out of the car, jumped the fence and smashed the front of the business.
Police were told they set fire to a vehicle inside the premises then fled the scene.
No one was inside at the time of the incident.
