Whittlesea assault: Crimestoppers alert

Police are seeking to identify two men and a woman after an alleged assault in Whittlesea earlier this year.
Crimestoppers has issued the plea about the incident that occurred on Saturday, July 28.
At around 7.10pm, a man attended a Church Street fish and chip shop before becoming involved in a dispute with two unknown men.
Shortly after, the man was allegedly approached by four men and two women in a Lime Street supermarket carpark where threats were made towards him.
One of the men then attempted to hit him and threw dog food on his car.
Police have released CCTV images of two men and a woman whom they believe may be able to assist in their inquiries.
The first man is perceived to be Caucasian in appearance and aged between 30-40 years old.
He was wearing a grey ‘Champion’ branded hoodie and drove a silver Holden commodore sedan with a trailer attached.
The second man is perceived to be Caucasian in appearance and aged between 30-40 years old.
He was wearing a black ‘Stratco’ jacket, dark pants and white runners.
The woman is perceived to be Caucasian in appearance and aged between 30-40 years old.
She was wearing a brown poncho and dark pants.
