A man has died after crashing his mobility scooter earlier this month in Seymour.
Emergency services were called to Station Street on August 5 about 11.15am.
It’s believed the 89-year-old was driving north-west on the footpath when he collided with a public bench.
The Seymour man sustained an injury to his ankle and was conveyed to a Melbourne hospital.
Sadly he passed-away in hospital on August 8.
