Council closes Buxton public toilets
Friday, September 15, 2017
Murrindindi Shire Council has closed the Buxton public toilets, and is urging those wanting to ‘spend a penny’ to instead go to Marysville (10 kms away) or Narbethong (14 kms).
“A statement from Council said: “Hi there, we’ve had to close the Buxton public toilets for emergency repairs – the whole block is now closed and the water has been turned off.
“We apologise for the inconvenience and we’ll do our best to reopen them as soon as possible.
“In the meantime, there are public toilets in the main street at Marysville behind the Visitor Information Centre, or at Narbethong at 628 Maroondah Highway,” the Council said.
