Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 26-year-old Stuart Owen.

Stuart was last seen at a health facility in Cooper Street, Epping about 3pm on Wednesday (Feb. 5).

Police and family have concerns for Stuart’s welfare as he has a medical condition that requires medication.

Investigators have released an image of Stuart in the hope that someone may recognise him and be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
