A man has died in hospital on Saturday (Mar. 7) following a motorcycle crash in Kevington on Friday, February 28.

It is believed a male rider lost control of his motorcycle just off Eildon-Jamieson Road about 12.10pm.

Investigators were told a 49-year-old Windermere Park man from New South Wales struck an embankment and was airlifted to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

He later died on March 7.
