Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Justin Connelly Carpenter.
The 18-year-old was last seen in Mill Park just after midnight on Friday (Aug. 28).
Justin is described as 170cm tall with a slim build and short brown hair and was wearing black track pants, black spray jacket and a black and white peaked cap.
He is known to frequent the Mill Park, Preston and Reservoir areas.
