Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Jamie Gibbs.
The 28-year-old is wanted on warrant to face assault related matters.
Gibbs is described as 176cm tall, with a solid build and brown hair.
He is known to frequent South Morang, Fitzroy and Thomastown.
Investigators have released an image of Gibbs in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
