Given that our newspaper business relies heavily on retail advertising, and that retail will not re-open across Victoria until Cup Day or so, the first editions of The Local Paper and Melbourne Observer are timed for publication on Wednesday, November 10.

We plan to publish six editions prior to Christmas (Nov. 10, 17, 24, Dec. 1, 8. 15). All subject to change, of course.
