A man has died after being struck by a car in Deer Park early last Wednesday.
The man was parked in the emergency lane of the Western Ring Road changing his tyre when he was struck by a car about 1am.
He was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries however later died.
The driver, a 35-year-old Kings Park man, was not injured and stopped at the scene.
He was arrested and is assisting investigators with their enquiries.
