Q St Kilda Tenancy Pty Ltd has been ordered by the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal to pay costs of John Kane relating to a hearing held in March.
Q St Kilda Tenancy Pty Ltd has been told by VCAT Member Leneen Forde that it must advise by August 9 if it will be continuing with its claim, otherwise the proceeding will be strick out.
The company has twice filed applications to restrain Mr Kane, a landlord from terminating a lease of a service apartment.
Mr Kane has sought that the costs of and incidental to the application be assessed on a County Court basis.
