Local winners at RACV tourism awards

Holmesglen at Eildon has won Gold in the category of Business Events Tourism at the 2017 RACV Victorian Tourism Awards. The Yea Peppercorn Hotel won Silver in the category of Tourism Restaurants and Catering Services, and Sedona Estate were finalists in the category of Tourism Wineries, Distilleries and Breweries.

On a day where temperatures have reached low 30°s, there have been at least three fires in or around The Local Paper readership area: • KINGLAKE. 700 visitors this weekend to Alexandra, Mt Disappointment
