The Local Paper’s cartoonist Matt Bissett-Johnson has won the prestigious Stanley Award. Matt was at the Cartoonists Association convention in Canberra, and took the Stanley Award for Animator Cartoonist 2018, for his animation Mysterical Planet. Matt is pleased and excited with his second Stanley Award. His first was in 2015.
