MELBOURNE: Struck by tram

Police are investigating after a pedestrian was hit and killed by a tram in Melbourne’s CBD.It is believed the man was crossing the road at the corner of Elizabeth and Bourke Sts when he was struck about 11am on January 30.The 77-year-old Murrumbeena man was taken to hospital, where he died on February 7.
